Denounce

Visions of a destination, safe haven and retreat Seeking solitude from the deception that we meet I must go away to live or stay here and die I must within myself forgive or forever live a lie I must throw away the keys that are reserved for my heart I must go to the end of the line and walk back to the start To understand the path I must see the things before me To reconcile the past I must leave those who adore me To walk the straight and narrow is the yearning of my soul So that I may confront temptation and gain my self-control Every individual has their own burden to bear and to each burden placed upon them there is a world that doesn't care To move beyond a world where hatred is left within One must begin to hurl and toss their evil sins
