Demon Breath

Life is overcast with a sweeping fire
Reality is lost because we don’t desire
Never letting go of the hold I have
A gun to my head and one to their backs

Corpses stacking high in the only light
Blocking out the sun and everybody’s sight
Dreams that come from ashes of every pain
What do I have and who is to blame?

Crawling up the mountain in a last attempt
The colder that I am the further I will get
Crying all the way and never looking down
The bodies of the dead will only take my crown

Tears turn to ice at the highest peak
My reason turns to dust as a demon speaks
The only thing I need is everything I am
The world that made me bleed I will turn to sand

Life has now become the breeding ground
The devil whispered dreams that polluted every sound
Death is in the rise of the devils mind
But hatred always fails in the end of time
