Deliverance
What does one write,
to comfort and console?
God took his body,
but made him whole.
No longer shackled
to this life of pain,
God raised him up,
And gave him life again.
God stilled his weary
labored breath,
And in exchange,
He conquered death.
So often, Lord,
We fight Thy will.
We struggle with
Thy "Peace, be still."
Life is eternal.
Love does not die!
Believeth this.
And do not cry.
