Deliverance
"Deliverance"
The Road
leads us
down
cause ways
in our worst dreams
we never dreamt
once the course set
there is no turning back
detours buy us some time
for a very short while
the course for us
my dear, already set
hiccups conquered
over, like roadkill bumps
lessons spoken from lips
the motherload mind speaks
offering spoonfuls of sugar
sincerely, we are driven
to deliver
