Deja Vu

That which has been is that which shall be That which is done is what shall be done That which we've seen is what we shall see For there's nothing new under the sun* So a sense of feeling déjà vu Has already been there before time History repeats itself, what's new? Time forgotten reminds life to chime A time warp, moving from hour to hour To stop this cycle, we've no power A monotonous repetition From time to time, life's a transition Déjà vu, this has happened before People talking of the 'time' concept There's always so much more to explore Time is relative,we all accept

Great poetry, Jo. As you were traveling around the world, you ventured into the realm of the unknown. This poem contains excellent examples of vivid imagery throughout.
