Longing for that someone to hold,
Going against everything you've been told,
Bringing comfort to your soul
Love
Sharing everything you've be through,
Whispering the words I need you
Always and forever staying true.

Crying for that someone at night
Gently holding your pillow tight
Knowing that everything will be alright.

Never wanting anything, just happy to be
Never in the mood to disagree
Using someone else’s eyes to see
Love
Knowing when to say goodbye
Never having a reason to cry
Knowing that it’s well will never run dry
