Deeper

deeper than the train of thought,
possibilities come to ought,
mis-red facts come up short,
beware the siren charmers,
come back to waters calmer,
good on ya Joe me-thought,
put on ya tin of armour,
cast off the line that caught.

Russell Sivey August 4, 2012 at 10:17 PM I really enjoyed the line, "put on ya tin of armour," very creative right there my friend! This poem bring by some memories of things that were done incorrectly and that I paid the piper for them! What a slamming poem Don, Great Work!!
