Deep Inside

Deep inside this heart of mine, I know that things will still be fine. Deep inside I know I'm good, look inside, I think you should. Deep inside I know I'm true, knowing all of the things I should do. Deep inside I know how to love, that's a gift to all from above. Deep inside unique I am, what others think, I could give a damn. Deep inside I know I'm strong, this I've known all along. Deep inside I have a gift, to make things better as feelings shift. Deep inside I'm sometimes sad, even once in a while I'm mad. Deep inside I feel so much, easy to see but hard to touch. Deep inside I have a heart, it's been there right from the start. Deep inside I do live, caring still I like to give. Deep inside I am the same, and living life without the shame. Deep inside there's so much there, you can't find that just anywhere.
