Dedication To a Short Life

My granddaughter was a sparkle in everyone's eye,
She brought happiness to everyone,
But her life didn't seem long enough,
To see the joys yet to be done.

Her life came to an end,
Not by our choice,
God called her back,
To watch over us and make us realize our choices.

She was always happy,
And full of joy,
She always helped us realize,
There is always more to life than just toys.

Never forget the people close to your heart,
Because if you do,
They can disappear when you least expect it,
And never be there anymore for you.

A beautiful dedication to a short life. Altho I was blessed when I came close to losing a granddaughter first born, I feel I can share in your concern. I have a true poem on soup about the incident, that came close to taking my granddaughter's life. God Bless you ,and may love heal your life. Sincerely, Moses
