I have never written a couplet, Leon, but you have written many, and I enjoy reading yours. Thank you.

Dear Mark: Thank you for your kind words my Friend. You should try writing a couplet. It's fun, it's easy, and it's very refreshing. The way I write is to just sit still and wait. I choose a simple one word title that comes to mind. Then I write it down on my iPad. Then, I wait for the thought-feeling to move. Then, I simply scribe the words or phrase that come to mind. The only problem really is the intention to keep sync with the rhyming word, and also to maintain the logic and grammar. Otherwise, it's really a breeze. After writing down my poem, I have no memory of what's written down. This is pretty much the way I have programmed my writes. Of course, some repetition of ideas and feelings occur across the poems written and the moods that impact these verses. Hope you find this helpful. If not, just ignore them. We all must follow our inner muse! All the best then, Mark. Your Friend, Leon.
