Deceptive darkness
It goes unnoticed,
just beneath the skin
coursing now throughout.
stalking just outside of what's real
the battle of flesh and steel.
Moon and earth locked in a cold embrace
un able to look away.
casualties now of an ancient love,
its hidden within reflections.
Deception is her only way to burn,
reflecting light from the sun.
The Dancing tides are
only but one concern
So its hard for her to look away.
but it goes unnoticed
just beneath the skin
coursing now throughout.
