Deception
Deception and scripted truths
Has weakened us with lies
Oh pitiful foolish ones
Don't you see, Can't you see
Our wills are breaking
And we don't seem to care
We were once innocent
Purity painted our souls
Yet it was taken, And twisted
Placing us into this selfish phase
That feels so good, To good
Most of the time
* Look at how hopeless we all look now
Intoxicated youth with no feelings or compassion
We have turned our hearts black inside *
Hidden behind a mask
Such a pretty face, that has gained our trust
With just one little smile
They say looks can be decieving
And this monster, we should fear
Above all else
Blinded to the intentions
That induce us with promises
And temptations we cvan't pass up
We watch ourselves go these wicked ways
Willing to give in, With nothing left to save
Or at least nothing worth the time
* Intoxicated youth look at your deadend futures
Fallen into wasted lives by a security comfort
That holds us in it's arms, with an empty hateful love *
