Deceit of a Housewife

Light pours out through the open door, As rain falls on the windows evermore. Groans of pleasure reach my ears, Confirming all my fears. Movements in the bed, Transcend my feelings from fear to dread. Visions of their bodies two, He is who? Thrusts into my gleeful wife, Stab my heart with steely knife. The ending of our union here, And yet she sheds not a single tear. Papers signed and hearts broken, Leave doors never again to be opened. And as light pours out through the door, The rain is falling evermore.
