I wasn't familiar with this form but like the sound of it. Your three lines tell a sad tale but a clear picture. I agree with Carolyn the play on told is very clever. well done. Anna-Marie. thank you for your kind comments to me this morning...cheers Margaret

Very clever use of "told" and "tolled," Anna-Marie. I'm not familiar with the than-bauk form, but you make it very interesting. Excellent play on words in your last line and a great poem, too! Love, carolyn
