Decadence
Departure from God's laws spells a nation's decay,
When wrong is made right and right thrown away.
When wickedness reigns in the hearts of a people
Then to see the truth, they are not able.
People who vote blindly, swayed by vain promises,
End up with injustice and abuses.
A tyrant cannot reign unless this we allow
And silent, to his every wish we bow.
It is harder to uproot a decadent tree,
Easier to crush the bad seed maybe.
It's better to turn back to God and to repent,
For this decadence.... He alone can prevent!
