Deaths of Two Roanoke Reporters

Deaths of Two Roanoke Reporters

As we progress along but some times precursor
To things happening and then becoming worser
Again, another bad thing just had been done
Reporter and photographer were shot by a handgun.

Not only that, on live TV all of this was reported
A women to be interviewed was being escorted
To a place where there was to be an interview
Which is when a terrible thing they did ensue.

Both by a handgun were completely shot dead
Into there beautiful bodies that bled and bled
No longer alive and never with us ever again
Surely having a handgun is truly such a sin.

From a lot and many I might raise some static
But what if I were to take a huge, big magnet
Have it in a helicopter and then start to swing
Into custody all of the handguns start to bring.

This may all sound completely absurd to you
After all this terror and horror we went through
Many of us still may not know what is best
We are open to anything you have to suggest.

This is so sad, and I grieve for the terrible loss that their families have to go through. There definately need to be tight gun control laws, though the real problem lies in the hearts of sinful man. Only God can cleanse us from our wickedness, I believe.

Laura, Read my latest haiku poem I wrote containing several paragraphs. Instead of letting nature take her course of all the killing, should consider the source. Jim Horn

Debbie, n essence the ability to have handguns has made killings to easy. I have heard one reason to have one which is for personal security. What about the personal security of the victims. In Switzerland only the military and police are allowed to have handguns. They don't have any killing problems. We have the NRA and have a lot of problems. Interesting. Jim Horn

The reporters never had a chance to pick their battles thanks to handguns. Those with handguns not only pick but create the battles. We don't have any choice but have to endure the results. The killer had the freedom to kill the victims while taking away their liberties and freedoms. There is a problem here that needs to be resolved. Jim Horn.
