Death's Dream

Embracing dying reason My consequence gave The inactions, dying seasons At least I can fade I am a grave I was never living I’m too aware of the signs The distractions and misgivings Then again I’m part of my Necromantic lie I am the hunger and deception Birth of my pain So dark but so fluorescent To be true is a game I have no name Destructive desolation Reflecting eyes Dead association To deny But then again it’s I I am the never-after I should not have been Wide awake but full of laughter Sarcastic from what I’ve seen I am death’s dream
