Deaths Door
Here I lay
On the cold wet pavement
Waiting for deaths door to open
A mixture of tears and rain slide down my cheek
How I let it get this far
I will never know or understand
The feelings that course through my veins
The depression that's over taken me
I have nothing left to live for
Nothing to live for me
I've come to the downfall of my life
The end of the end
It's all ending now
As I get colder and colder
As my heart slows toward it's last beat
The rain slowly stops with my existence
Now here I lay
On the cold wet pavement
Facing deaths open door
No more tears
and no more rain
As I slowly enter death's door
Leaving me behind
