Death's Agenda

DEATH’S AGENDA I called for death to come for me, My pain and sadness were severe. But death failed to heed my plea, For she was somewhere having tea I called for death to come for me, My soul whimpered for relief. But death was busy elsewhere, And had no time for me. Now I have neither pain nor cares, For they have run their course. My sadness also vanished, And my heart has no remorse. Now I am happy and feel free, Looking at the morning sun. It was then that death came and said," You need to come with me."

Death hears our call but knows the predefined time when it must come. We have forgotten these things we pass through the veil of birth. I like your way of writing.

Thanks. We either go to death or death comes to us.
