Death Taxes and Hoarders

Death and taxes End of times Life as we know it Different today thanks to the Corona Virus New growth all around me I work in a grade school Where mamas waddle in baking babies Wombs full of new life in our young teachers too We were all living each moment But suddenly the comfortable world as we knew it Has stopped, and people are getting off One CV19 at a time I am watching the stores Emptying of toilet paper, hand sanitizer and soap Wondering if we are still going to be nice to each other tomorrow Hoarders standing stoically in five hour lines, getting their share and mine Death and taxes But let us not forget new life Let us remember the love and the hope Let us remember to be nice for today may be our last opportunity to get it right.
