Death - Like a Sweet Angel

Love is failing
    and the secret lies 
in forgetting
   You really  know what 
you need to be
     Dark shadows 
enter into your life
  Let them enter
For the sweetest release 
     will come along son
Don't know how or when 
      But let us dive into 
the deeper pool 
    Before we are enveloped 
by ink black night

Andrea Dietrich December 25, 2010 at 5:08 PM LIke the deepest pool, Matt, this is very DEEP. and as you have probably guessed, I am not the best at grasping deep poems, but I simply love the sound of those last four lines. awesome title. Sounds like someone wants to escape the darkness of his life and death will be a very sweet relief! Luv, Andrea
