Dear Poetry Soup

Dear poetry soup
So far I have witnessed a lovely group
I am a new joiner to this site
An experience I’m not sure is wrong or right
I have been through a lot in my life
Many challenges with strife
I’m not a poet or writer
Just wanting a future that’s brighter
I get help and support from a professional 
And they are pretty exceptional 
However I have discovered putting words on paper
Helps lift stress in to Vapor 
I read and write poems about what comes to mind
Because my life is quite a grind
It doesn’t always make sense
And others are quite intense
It is becoming a positive outlet
Positive therapy without regret
Feeling what I write
Helps me let go of the nasty blight
I am a novice at this 
Taking a deep dive into trauma and reminisce 
I am aiming to put up something everyday
Good or bad I need to stay
I appreciate the views and feedback
Although many poems do lack 
I appreciate it nonetheless
