Dear Lord I Need More of You

Dear God…  I want to be filled 
with your love and joy!
It’s in your presence that I will continually enjoy!

Dear God…  I want to daily be 
filled with your spirit.
To be your example…  And to daily live it!

Dear God…  I need your word to
 guide me along.
So that when I’m weak. 
It will help me to be strong!

Dear God…  I long for your touch
 and special grace.
You’ve given me hope.  And put a smile
 on my face!

Dear God…  It is you that I love 
and surely adore…
You’ve given me a new life and so
 MUCH MORE!

Dear God…  I worship and humbly 
bring praise to your name!
You’ve taken away all of my
 sin, guilt and shame,

Dear God…  I give you my whole 
life and my heart.
Help me to stay close to you. 
 And not depart!

Dear God…  I am so blessed.  I give you my love.
You’ve given me your son
 from the heavens above!

Dear God…  To you…  I lift up my hands in praise…
And shall bless you name.  All of my days!

Dear God…  There’s just one more thing 
I want to say.
I rejoice in knowing you…  Every day!
