Dear Heart

The other day I was just walk along.
Then I looked down at the right time.
Cause there laid someone's heart.
Took a closer look and yep it was mine.
I thought about leaving it there.
Just walk on past it say I didn't see.
See that beat and baddered heart.
Looking like that's where its ment to be.
But I didn't walk past it damn it.
I picked it up off the ground again.
I know I'm just wasting my time.
I'll find it there again just don't no when.
See I am a very soft hearted person.
I would love to lock it up one day.
But as soon as its happily beating again.
It's ripped it out of me and thrown away.
One day I'm going to get to that point.
To when I see it on the damn ground.
I'm going to walk the other direction.
Leaving it right where it was found!!

O so sad, in my younger days, I had those walks, so glad I picked my heart up, 49 years of bliss! Fiction, or not, I wish you bliss, for the now, and forever!
