Dear God
Many people are hurting,
Many children can’t sleep at night.
Safe place is no longer an option they say,
This is not your way!
Help me understand, help me grow!
Show me the way and I will let them know.
Why can’t we all get along?
And sing a peaceful song
I don’t want they to be afraid,
They need to stay strong.
Help me understand, help me grow!
