Dear God

God wont you help me find myself
What lies inside is a heart of wealth

Kindness creeping out my pores
Anxiety hitting the sandy shores

God wont you help me find myself
I thank you for my age and health

You show me the way only to blindfold me
Like at a party playing pin the tail on the donkey

You've opened up so many doors
Only to look inside and find so many more

God wont you help me find myself
Don't just throw me away on a dusty shelf?

Protect me God, I'm so innocent
Grab my hand and make me repent

God wont you help me find myself
