Dear Friend

Dear friend
You
Leap before you look
From such extreme heights
That I worry.

I know you do this to release the pain
That’s been
Hurting your
From within your chest cavity
Because your heart
has been wounded
and left to die
and I know healing process
Takes
Long for
The pain to subside.

But
Dear friend
Loneliness in relativity is
just
only a temporary emptiness

Let in the good
And keep out the bad
Because your better than that
and if I see you falter
I'll pull you out
From lifes sinking sand.

But dear friend,
From such extreme heights
Like a comet
Painting the sky
You will
Make your mark
etching it into the night sky
And
Hand in hand
with
the girl
your
world will no longer be dark
