Dead Rooster

A rooster just walked into my yard.
I wonder should I call the guards.
It crowed at seven and again at eight.
I'm sorry to say I cannot wait
to blow it's head off with my gun.
Yes, that really would be fun.

Cute little poem, brought a chuckle to me but as an animal lover I beg you to have mercy. (Smile)

I will get used to him eventually Janet, but it's a bit like having a man snoring again in bed beside me. Last night and the night before it was on the hour from 4 30am.

Dumplings are more for the English Daniel. We would go instead for rooster with red cabbage...and spuds of course.

Thank you Probir. I may as well laugh as cry. I will get used to it eventually.
