Days Turned Into Years
I remember the day we met,
The way your eyes sparkled bright,
The sound of your laughter,
A memory that's still so right.
We talked for hours and hours,
Until the sun set in the sky,
And as I looked into your eyes,
I knew I'd never say goodbye.
The days turned into weeks,
And the weeks into months,
Our love grew stronger with each passing day,
As we shared our hopes and dreams.
We danced under the stars,
And walked along the beach,
Hand in hand, heart to heart,
Our love was within reach.
I remember the first time we kissed,
How my heart skipped a beat,
And the way you held me close,
Making my world complete.
Days turned into years,
And our love continued to grow,
Through ups and downs, laughter and tears,
Our love would always glow.
Now I look back on that day we met,
And I thank the stars above,
For giving me the gift of you,
And the joy of falling in love.
