Days of Kissing
Your
eyes
pierce
my
soul
like
a
needle,
Your
eyes
overcome
my
dark
days
like
a
candle,
The
earth
comes
to
a
stand
still
As
your
breath
sprays
my
face
like
a
drizzle,
I
nibble
and
suckle
on
your
lips,
Erupting
into
joyful
spasms,
Hisses,
And
like
an
snake
the
evening
breeze
back
it
hisses,
Tingles
bring
with
them
everlasting
sensations,
That
last
longer
than
these
giggles,
The
wrestling
tongues
brushing
the
eyes
of
my
sweating
senses.
A
disco
commences
in
my
brain
And
oozes
to
the
rest
of
my
being,
The
heart
jumps
and
ululates,
Jubilee
of
jubilees,
My
ribs,
Almost
wrecked
by
the
force
respond
with
thunderous
a
rackle,
Fingers
grow
numb
and
fumble,
Toes
shiver,tremble
and
tighten,
Getting
stronger
and
weaker
in
a
moment,
Laying
out
the
table,
Touch,talk,
Sudden
naps
between
the
gaps,
Tick,tock,
The
legs
of
time
limp
deeper
into
the
night,
Slip,slop.
Momentarily
followed
by
a
knock.
Eish!
Sighs
of
both
anger
and
relief,
Angry
for
being
disturbed
from
taking
the
next
step,
Relieved
for
not
being
sucked
into
extinction,
Kisses.
