Daydreaming Or Learning

A child will enjoy the scenery
In their own way.
A big gray warm rock
Is a great place to lay
A little body with feet
Spread out in the sand.
An elbow is bent to rest her head
In the palm of her hand
Over looking an exotic Koi pond
Which the child has found.
She's listening to nature as its talking in its own sound
While quietly growing all around
Are bonsai plants showing their greenry.
The child and nature have formed a bond.

This was absolutely refreshing and wonderful. Your take on nature and the wonders found is enchanting to me because the beauty you pen is often the beauty I see. Really nicely done Bette.

Your comment led me to this beautiful poem, thank you. I like how you described it, so sweet and I can identify with it , as I have a bond with nature. :)

I formed my bond with nature hunting and fishing as a boy. I no longer hunt and seldom get a chance to fish but I enjoy nature everyday. The scene you paint is precious, Mrs Bette:)
