Daydream Believer
When you're down and feeling low,
there's a place where you can go.
Just close you're eyes and visualise
what you'd like to see and do
then when you see it you will know
that daydreams can come true.
I believe in daydreams
and the happiness they bring,
like living in a castle
and marrying a king.
Or riding through the desert,
on camels big and tall.
Or living in an igloo
and watching new snow fall.
You could be an explorer,
trek through jungles, vines and trees.
Or climb aboard a sailing ship
and sail the seven seas.
But maybe all you need to find
is happiness and love.
With the one you think is special,
and the one you're dreaming of.
So don't give up on daydreams
no matter how much things seem grim,
because although you're feeling low
they're worth believing in!
