Day Rise

The sun rises
  the stars give way
The dew glistens
on the meadow, in the hay

Lovers posed, still
  in each others' arms
Tenderly mothers gaze, at
  at babe's resting charms

'Till factory whistles blow
  machines fire up
As our planet reaches
  for its coffee cup
