Day Out

Lets go for a drive
away from the city,
we look behind us
with no pity.

the sky is blue
the forest is green
the windy roads
must be seen.

the smell of fresh air
breathing in your lungs
there is a touch of mist
that will fall on your tongue.

see the wild life
enjoy a picnic
there's no hurry home
that's to hectic.
