Dawn To Moonlit Night
Dawn To Moonlit Night
My day begins with dawn when
naughty dew drops glisten in the garden
the sun shines bright like a diamond
cool breeze astounds with its freshness
wind spellbinds with its chime
nature seems to be at its best
flowers bloom in the garden
sparrow chirps and parrot tweets
cuckoo fascinates me with its melody
peacock enchants my soul with its dance
candid sun rays tickle my cheeks
dazzling snow peaks steal my heart
tinkle of leaves bewitch my feelings
all around me are familiar faces
as if were my well wishers for a long tine
My mind is restless and sad
when the sun goes down
twilight shines in the horizon
birds return to their nests
tinkling sound of cows' bell enchant the dusk
rustle of calm air touches the heart
and darkness captures evening in its lap
My day ends with moonlit night when
I get lost in colourful dreams where
silent darkness reigns the earth
stars smile with scintillation
pretty moon grin in moonlit welkin
nature sleeps in the arms of heaven
flora-fauna get lost in pensive thoughts
and a nature loving poet falls in love with
beautiful words to describe beauty of universe
