This could be an early winter morning down south. There are no hills but enough bodies of water for the high humidity to be foggy. Good lines, Milt.

I think dawn is the best part of the day, dawn on the beach is even better. the image you described turned out excellent, it's exactly what I see many times when I walk in the morning.
