Dauntless

Her face was grim An uneasy feeling crept inside She hoped to be in a dream But it was reality's flipside Happiness started to drain Down to an unknown horizon Which caused immense pain And away from reality she wanted to run Having no choice, she tried to be strong, Taking it like an obstacle Yes, it did take real long But her problems with guts, she did tackle She was soft and weak at heart Prior to all the mess Presently she ain't even scared of the piercing dart As now she's turned dauntless

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
