Darlene

When I think of you
I always smile
The feelings stay
Across the miles.

Best friends we became
It happened so fast
We needed each other
So this will always last.

We would lay by the pool
Tease all your kids
We would always have fun
No matter what we did.

Our souls are alike
We have the same thoughts
We are like sisters
Even though we are not.

I miss you so much
I wish we were near
I love you Darlene
I will always hold you dear.
