Darkness of depression

Like Flesh being ripped from my body as my mind slowly dies

Screaming for salvation whilst staring in the devil's eyes

Self inflicted cuts in an attempt to numb the pain

Voices of the demons in my mind are driving me insane

Ending up in the same place with every turn I take

must I go to hell as punishment to make good my mistake

There are people talking around me but I don't hear what they say

I lose sight of them all and they fade slowly away

Who am I why do I hate myself will I ever be worthy of forgiveness

Or will I suffer till the end of time forever walking in the darkness. Of depression

This is well written, but I don't have enough words or room to access/address the totality of the poem. The darkness within that multiplies without isn't what I want anyone to endure. Been there, most land thus at some point, in dark we seek light. I assure you, you were born worthy of forgiveness, you were made from love by pure love as sourced from Father's perfect love. I've said much considering this may be fiction but there's no way I could've left u. If fiction, ur poem obviously works!
