Dark Kiss

A blossom in springtime is what you are A cool drink of water from a dry land afar Sir Winter you've passed, good now be gone It's high time you left and got moving on The only thing that's anything good about you Is you make for cold days and big snowstorms too Where I can get cozy with the woman I love Seductive nights in, all distractions void of Our language is passion, of gifts shared galore Experience dictates what next is in store Slow, take it slow, a good fire starts From embers igniting desirous hearts Each for the other, pleasures unseen Ardent in purpose, a harvest to glean Then holding, caressing, 'til temperatures fall Another log on the fire, this snowstorm's not small
