Dangerous - My Eye

Brushed past the damp ti-tree - felt a clinging to my eye.
I tried to wipe the cling away - too late! I realize.
A leech is connected to the white. I could not stop its bloody feed.
It gorged itself before release - leaving my eye to bleed.

They wave about on foliage of ti-tree and attach themselves to any warm blooded creature that walks by. My eye was targeted - thanks again Jennifer - Lindsay

I have to get an eye shot every five weeks and it freaks me out every time. Andrea Dietrich August 27, 2019 at 6:21 PM OMG, how horrible!!! It reminds me of the time I was studying my husbands back and saw a weird thing MOVING but looked like a giant pimple. I had no problem compared to a tick. The tick in our area is a paralysis tick and if not removed can cause a severe problem.
