I feel the fear of the tiny ones.

Owls are merciless hunters of little critters, like chipmunks. While I was having dinner on my porch last night, a chipmunk ran across the porch in front of me. They are the sweetest little animals. I didn't know I had any before. I think I'm going to leave some leaf ground cover and hopefully they will multiply. They need warm places to burrow in during the cold weather.
