I love them too. I shake my head at the time money and chemicals used to get rid of them.

I too am a fan of the dandelion. One day scientists will find it cures something! And when I see one I can almost hear it "pssts..." like it wants to tell some one the secret of why it has been placed everywhere and stubbornly survives though faced with unrelenting opposition. Your poem is a lovely and elegant tribute to the "wild and free" dandelion :)
