Dancing Waves

dancing waves

the waves were dancing mightily
in at out they came
yet no one noticed their beauty
it was as if they never existed
their crash was silent
much like the children
whose voices go unheard
they dance in beauty
but no one hears them
they crash onto an empty shore
when will you listen
when will you hear
the dance won't last forever
the waves they're rolling in again
