Dancing Therapy
Music is the right therapy for me by far…
Add dance steps in and that raises the bar…
For the Lord said ,”To make a joyful noise”…
even in tragedy…
And to use dance to “praise God” to express”Your belief in thee”…
It’s not the music that makes the dance…
Rather the person who’s not scared to take a chance..
To share the song that is bred in their heart…
It doesn’t take “two” to do your part…
So the next time life gets you down…
Turn the music up and dance like nobody’s around…
Whether it’s a slow song or a song of hard rock…
Self expression and self esteem can’t be bought.
