Dancing In the Rain
Dancing in the rain
Where raindrops mask tears of pain
Just a lonely fool alone
So used to feeling like a stone
Faking smile after smile
It's so very draining after awhile
This plastic personality
For dealing with reality
The rain carries it away
On a somber day
Perhaps invisible nobody can see
That beneath the masquerade is the real me
Dancing in the rain
