Dancing Away the Pain

At times I close my eyes
And think of all the pain inside 
There’s so much to remember
There’s so much to forget

But I’ll pray 
That we have strength enough to stay
Cause in the darkness of the night
We have the hope that shines bright
And I’ll pray
Through the darkest days
We’ll have strength enough to stay
So instead of living in the pain
I hope we go dancing in the rain 

Learning about who you are
I know you’re amongst the stars 
Digging through these parts of me
Strength is so hard to see 
I know I’ll fall apart 
If you don’t fix this broken heart 

But I’ll pray 
That we have strength enough to stay
Cause in the darkness of the night
We have the hope that shines bright
And I’ll pray

I hope we go dancing in the rain

I’m staring at your eyes
Your beauty makes me cry
I want to forget about our past
Let’s make this night last
I never want to leave
