Dance

The evolution of a dance

                     is the way of a stance, The way
                     one moves or grooves. It's all a
                    game of chance or what you see at
                  a glance, Even the lame can dance.

                 There is no shame of who wants to 
                  dance even the blind will dance
              or steal the moment as they are kind
               of a revolution in their own way, they
                       are proud and prideful

Words flow beautifully and soothingly. Pls repeat both stanzas as..2nd (being the third stanza) then the 1st (being the last stanza)...reentry as lyric; then contact a musician. All the best.

This made me laugh a bit, have you seen the you tube videos "Evolution of Dance" and "Evolution of Dance 2" if you haven't you really should. This is a great write. Dance is truly expressive as are the words that flow from your pen (or keyboard in this case) and the depths of you soul. Smiles from Lolita

Great poem Cheryl I love to watch the old Top Of The Pops programme (its a music show) people dance as the Artists sing and you see all the fashions that were in the sixties. Thanks for the memories. Thankyou for your comment on my poem battle ground. God Bless. Leon
