Dahlia Dreams

Dahlia dreams blooming with the scent of you; Our sweet Summer adventures I inhale, luscious moments felt too good to be true; Through my closed eyes I see every detail, passing quickly time is so very frail; The colors in the flowers fading now as they give way to Fall with a soft bow; Trapped in the air the season will linger; An endless heat wave the clock won’t allow but July nights will warm you in Winter.
