Daffodils

Lemon yellow, joy seems to thrive
Such warmth laughing, so very alive

March brings them to life, so bright
Coloring the moments in vibrant light

Sunshine reflects in their beautiful smiles
Jubilant and breathtaking are their styles

Whispers of hope shine through them
They grow without even a green thumb

Delicate and gentle, they soothe the soul
At the heart of Spring they will console

Lovely and dreamy, they create cheery desire
With attraction that grows like a wildfire

Ah, so sweet and so well-written, my friend. I love to see the daffodils. Saw a whole hillside of them somewhere in North Carolina on my way home from Florida. Perhaps it was your home????
